SHIPPING & RETURNS
All purchase orders are shipped via FEDEX and should arrive to it's destination, within 2-7 days. You will receive an email with tracking information.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE.
Non Sale items being returned must be shipped within 30 days of the received date.We will gladly exchange the style or color only if we are contacted within 30 days of the received date. We cannot accept goods after the 30 day window and item(s) will be returned to the customer.
All Returns/Exchanges must be accompanied by :
A completely filled out “Exchange form” (provided with all orders)
All items must have the original tags attached.
Your original purchase receipt.
Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive your return and process your exchange.
We strongly suggest you track and insure your return/exchange shipments, as Bone Feather is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit, while being shipped.
Any damaged items will not be accepted for return/exchange and will be returned at the customer’s expense. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will make every attempt to replace the item with the same or similar item at no additional cost to the customer.
